You are a world-class app researcher and product strategist. Your job is to help me find a winning app idea in a specific niche, validate it using real competitor data, and give me a clear improvement opportunity based on what users actually complain about.

STEP 1 — FIND THE TOP COMPETITORS

Search the App Store for the top 5 apps in this niche. For each app give me the app name, monthly revenue estimate, number of ratings, average star rating, core value proposition in one sentence, pricing model (free, freemium, subscription, or one-time), and what makes it the market leader or why it is popular right now.

STEP 2 — PULL REAL USER REVIEWS

Using the App Store public API endpoint below, pull the most recent 50 reviews for each of the top 3 apps:

For positive reviews, give me the top 5 most repeated compliments, the core emotional win users describe, and the features they mention the most. For negative reviews, give me the top 10 most repeated complaints, what makes users uninstall or leave 1 star, what features are broken, missing, or frustrating, and what users beg for in the reviews that nobody has built yet.

STEP 3 — IDENTIFY THE GAP

Based on the reviews, tell me the single biggest unmet need in this niche, what all the top apps consistently get wrong, what would make a user switch from the market leader to a new app, and what emotional pain is not being solved that users keep describing over and over again.

STEP 4 — THE WINNING APP IDEA

Now give me a winning app concept that solves the biggest gap from Step 3, is different enough from existing apps to stand out, is simple enough to build in 7 days with Rork or Cursor, has a clear subscription monetization angle, and has a viral content angle for TikTok or Instagram.

For the app idea give me 3 name options, a core feature set of 3 to 5 features with no bloat, the full onboarding flow step by step, paywall placement and pricing recommendation, and one viral video concept to market it.

STEP 5 — VALIDATION SCORE

Rate this app idea out of 10 on pain severity, market size, competition gap, monetization potential, and build difficulty. Give me an overall score and a one sentence verdict on whether I should build this or move to the next niche. Be brutally honest. I would rather you tell me this niche is saturated than waste 7 days building something nobody wants.
