Delete your PromptCentral account

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to PromptCentral with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion warning to permanently delete your account and user-owned data.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your PromptCentral account, profile, prompts, prompt versions, comments, uploaded attachments, saves, follows, votes, notifications, feedback, and related user-owned app data. We may retain limited billing, audit, security, or compliance records when required by law, payment processors, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

If you cannot access your account, email support@opticraft.tech from the email address on the account and include "PromptCentral account deletion" in the subject. You can also use the Contact page.
