Can I change plans later?

Yes. USD subscriptions can be changed automatically. Existing INR subscriptions keep the current plan until the paid period ends; cancel auto-renew and choose the new plan after renewal, or contact support for a manual change.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Is my private content actually secure?

Private prompts are encrypted at rest. Private prompt content is not used to train models.

What powers AI enhancement and image generation?

PromptCentral uses Azure OpenAI models for AI-assisted prompt refinement and image generation. Model providers and versions may change over time to improve quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

What happens if I downgrade from Pro?

Your existing prompts are never deleted. If you have more than 10 private prompts, they remain accessible, but you won't be able to create new ones until you are back under the limit or re-upgrade.
