2. Description of Service

PromptCentral is a platform for creating, organizing, and sharing AI prompts. We provide both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. Web payments are processed by Razorpay. Mobile app purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and mobile subscription infrastructure.

You may cancel through your account settings or the applicable app store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or the applicable payment provider policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
