PromptCentral is operated by OptiCraft Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it with service providers, and the choices you have when you use our website, web app, and related mobile app experiences.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account and profile information: Email address, username, display name, avatar, plan status, and authentication identifiers.
  • User content: Prompts, descriptions, tags, topics, comments, attachments, feedback, saved items, follows, votes, collaboration data, and notification preferences.
  • Private prompt content: Private prompts are encrypted before storage. Content you submit to AI enhancement or image generation features is processed to provide the requested feature.
  • Usage, device, and security data: IP address, approximate location such as country code, browser/device information, request metadata, pages viewed, feature events, rate-limit activity, error logs, and diagnostic telemetry.
  • Payment and subscription data: Plan selected, checkout status, payment/subscription identifiers, billing status, and related metadata. Full card or bank details are handled by payment providers, not stored by PromptCentral.
  • Communications: Support messages, feedback submissions, password reset requests, and transactional email delivery metadata.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

We use essential cookies and browser storage for login, session continuity, security, preferences, and core app behavior. These are required for the service to work.

We use Google Analytics only after you allow analytics cookies. Analytics helps us understand pages visited and product feature usage so we can improve PromptCentral. We do not use analytics for advertising, retargeting, or sale of personal information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service
  • Create and manage accounts, profiles, prompts, collaborations, comments, notifications, and subscriptions
  • Process payments, confirm subscription status, prevent abuse, and enforce plan limits
  • Provide AI enhancement, image generation, search, upload, and sharing features you request
  • Send transactional messages such as password resets, account notices, and subscription updates
  • Analyze consented usage patterns and diagnose errors or performance issues
  • Comply with law, enforce terms, and protect users and the service

5. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us run the service, only for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Supabase: Authentication, database, storage, realtime, and account/session infrastructure.
  • Google Analytics: Website and product analytics after you consent to analytics.
  • Microsoft Azure and Application Insights: Hosting, AI services, operational diagnostics, telemetry, and error monitoring when configured.
  • Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API providers: AI enhancement and image generation processing for content you submit to those features.
  • Razorpay: Web checkout, subscription, customer, payment, and webhook processing.
  • RevenueCat: Mobile app in-app purchase entitlement and subscription management when you use mobile app purchases.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery, such as password reset messages.
  • Google and GitHub: OAuth sign-in when you choose those sign-in methods.
  • Legal and safety: Disclosures required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Public areas: Prompts, profiles, comments, and other content you mark public or post publicly can be seen by other users.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

We store service data using cloud infrastructure and apply technical controls such as HTTPS, authentication, authorization checks, rate limits, and encryption for private prompt storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary exposure.

We keep account and content data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Diagnostic logs and analytics data are kept for limited operational periods based on provider settings and business need.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, export, or delete personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw analytics consent
  • Delete your account and associated user content, subject to legal and security exceptions
  • Opt out of marketing communications if we send them

8. International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When we do so, we rely on provider safeguards, contractual controls, and other measures intended to protect personal information.
